A few things help us give you a more accurate estimate on the first call. If you know roughly how large your lot is, whether your yard gets full sun, partial shade, or heavy shade for most of the day, and whether you're dealing with a specific problem like moss, bare patches, or standing water after rain, mention it in the notes field. It saves everyone a step and often means we can give you a preliminary price range before the walk-through even happens.

If you're comparing us to another company, feel free to ask what's included in a quoted price. Some competitors advertise a low mowing rate that doesn't include edging, trimming, or blow-off, and then add those back as separate line items. Our estimates include mowing, string trimming along beds and fences, and full clean-up of clippings from hard surfaces as standard.

For fertilization, aeration, or landscaping requests, it helps to know roughly when your lawn was last treated, aerated, or your hedges last trimmed, if you remember. That timeline affects which program makes sense to start with.

We currently serve Seattle proper along with Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Shoreline, Renton, Edmonds, and Mercer Island. If your address falls just outside these areas, reach out anyway, we're expanding routes regularly and may already have a crew running near you.

For urgent issues, such as a fallen tree limb blocking a walkway or driveway after a storm, call rather than filling out the form so we can prioritize scheduling appropriately.
